Talking about the death penalty has recently become one of the most important topics in the discussion arenas, and this topic has begun to expand and grow, especially with the increase in the number of human rights organizations and the expansion of their activities.

In contrast, the right to life even if it is one of the sacred rights, whether in heavenly laws or human laws.

However, like any other right, it governed by conditions and there are exceptions to it that directly affect the death penalty.

Which many argued is a blatant and direct violation of the Human Right to life, and they called for the necessity of stopping the use of this punishment at the local and international levels.

While another trend goes to calling for the maintenance of the death penalty to preserve the right to life and to ensure that it is not violated by individuals.

From this point, we will try through this study to clarify the relationship between death penalty and the right to life in both: Islamic Sharia and human laws.

In addition, reference the problem that has recently and extensively raised and related to the call of many peoples of countries that have abandoned, or froze the death penalty for the necessity of bringing it back before the courts.

The heinous crimes that have expanded and spread.
