Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify economic crimes and their characteristics, and to reveal the most important factors leading to their commission and methods of combating them in Algeria, by relying on the descriptive and analytical approach in order to reach results that can be generalized, and this study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that legislation in the field of economic crimes It requires knowledge of all the problems of economic life and its various dimensions, which will facilitate the achievement of the desired goal of economic policy.

The study recommended the necessity of an economic judiciary in Algeria to prosecute economic crimes and create mechanisms to accelerate development, by involving the citizen in shaping the country's future and respecting the law.
