The research revolves around the idea of electronic management of the bond to an order under the supervision of the ministry of justice, with the application of the idea to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

the research is divided into two sections, the first deals with the nafith platform as one of the electronic management applications, and in turn is divided into two requirements, the first talks about the concept of electronic management, and the second deals with the platform nafith to manage and create executive bonds, while the second topic revolves around creating the bond to an order through the nafith platform, and in turn is divided into two demands, the first deals with the conclusion of the traditional order bond according to the saudi commercial paper system, and the second deals with the procedures for creating the bond to an order electronically through the nafith platform, and in the end comes the conclusion of the research to present the findings and recommendations.
