The research revolves around the legality of humanitarian interventions on the part of the United Nations in recent times, but these interventions littered with humanitarian surveys pose a complex problem in the international arena, due to the rotation of these interventions between legality and illegality, and the pros and cons thereon.

therefore, this research is divided into two sections, the first of which deals with the opinion that the humanitarian intervention is illegal on the part of the united nations, and provides evidence therefor, while the second topic deals with the opinion that supports the legality of humanitarian intervention on the part of the united nations, and provides evidence therefor.

the research concludes with the results and recommendations related to the problematic of the legality of humanitarian interventions in the international arena.
