The juvenile restorative justice bylaw appeared in juvenile law no.

(32) of 2014, as a right one based on the cooperation of the community, the victim, and the juvenile, with a view to protecting the juvenile, responding to his / her rights and helping him / her reintegrate into society rather than opting for punishment.

the juvenile law dealt with several images of restorative justice bylaw and its practical enforcement.

this study highlights the importance of the restorative justice bylaw by clarifying what it is and showing its images and the mechanism for its application in the Jordanian judiciary, and in light of this, the study found that the bylaw of correctional justice is of great importance because it targets the most important group in society -the juveniles-, especially since it gave the juvenile an effective role to understand the seriousness of his / her criminal behavior and the need to reintegrate him / her into society.
