رغم أن إقرار استعمال آلية المحاكمة عن بعد في المحاكمات الجزائية مكن من تفادي مخاطر انتشار و باء كورونا في أوساط المحبوسين بالمؤسسات العقابية، كما تم بفضلها ضمان استمرارية سير جلسات المحاكمة و بذلك الفصل في مئات القضايا التي كانت عالقة بجداول المحاكم وفي آجال جد معقولة، إلا أن العمل بهذه الآلية لاقى العديد من الانتقادات من المنظمات و الهيئات الحقوقية بحجة مساسها بحقوق الإنسان و عدم ضمانها لمبادئ المحاكمة العادلة.

English Abstract

Although the adoption of the remote trial mechanism in criminal trials avoided the risks of the spread of the Corona epidemic among prisoners in penal institutions, and thanks to it, the continuity of the trial sessions was ensured, and thus the settlement of hundreds of cases that were pending on the court's tables in very reasonable deadlines, but the work With this mechanism, he met with many criticisms from human rights organizations and bodies, under the pretext of violating human rights and not guaranteeing the principles of a fair trial.
