Arabic Abstract

لا شك أن التطور التكنولوجي طغى ومس جميع المجالات بما فيها القانون، إذ تعدى هذا الأخير عتبة التقسيم التقليدي إلى قانون عام و خاص، لتظهر فروع أخرى من القانون لم يكن له وجود في السابق.

وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التعريج على بلورة نظام التقاضي الالكتروني في الجزائر، و أسسه وفق لما جاء به المشرع من تعديلات في هذا الصدد.

English Abstract

There is no doubt that technological development has overtaken and touched all fields, including law, as the latter has crossed the threshold of the traditional division into public and private law, to show other branches of law that did not exist in the pas.

Accordingly, we will try, through this study, to delve into the crystallization of the electronic litigation system in Algeria, and its foundations according to the amendments made by the legislator in this regard.
