The information development has contributed to enhancing the need for electronic payment solutions with the expansion of the services provided electronically, especially the government, which all require payment of fees over the Internet using a system.

With the expansion of the use of these systems and the demand of consumers from many groups and sectors, commercial banks and specialized companies that provide electronic payment facilities are competing to provide the advantages and incentives that contribute to meeting the needs of all customers.

However, the emergence of some electronic crimes has undermined confidence in electronic payment methods, especially in light of the legislator’s inability to pass legislation prohibiting these crimes, especially since evidence proving the crime is difficult to reach.
