If freedom of opinion and expression is one of the basic human rights that have been enshrined in various legal instruments, whether international, regional or national, and among them is what the Algerian legislator has gone through in the various constitutional documents that Algeria has witnessed since it guaranteed and guaranteed the right to defend it, but it is a restricted and not olute right.

Perhaps what justifies this proposition is the issuance of Law 05/20 that includes the prevention of discrimination and hate speech.

This right may turn into a tool to sow discord among the various groups of society as a result of speeches that contain words and expressions of hatred, contempt and hatred, which leads to discrimination, racism and discrimination between segments And groups of one society.
