Day after day, attention is increasing to the need to eliminate the negative aspects of classic bureaucratic management, and to facilitate the administrative process at all levels, with the aim of providing services in line with technological development, and access to effective performance and quality in services, and all of this requires the digitalization of the administration, and control of all technological techniques to protect these Digital data, and this is what led the Algerian administration in recent times to move towards this new organization (electronic administration) to face the stakes and challenges of its internal and external environment in light of the technological revolution.

La donnée numérique, et c'est ce qui a conduit l'administration algérienne ces derniers temps à s'orienter vers cette nouvelle organisation (administration électronique) pour faire face aux enjeux et enjeux de son environnement interne et externe face à la révolution technologique.
