Abstract EN

This study's purpose was to identify the reality of educational planning in crisis management in public education in girls' schools in Riyadh City.

Researchers used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a tool to collect study data from the population of the study represented by managers.

The sample was (271) managers, selected in a stratified and randomized manner.

The results showed an agreement among the study individuals on the availability of educational planning requirements for crisis management.

The most prominent of these requirements were: assigning tasks to the team members in accordance with their capabilities and possibility, following safety and risk prevention systems and regulations to provide safety.

It's also showed many obstacles to educational planning for crisis management, the most prominent of these obstacles were: Shortage of financial allocations for crisis management, shortage of training programs in the field of crisis management planning.

The results conducted many ways to confront these obstacles, most notably: benefiting from similar crises and them solutions, arranging priorities for dealing with crises, in addition to enrolling in specialized training programs in crisis management planning.

In the light of the results, the study presents several recommendations
