The current research aimed at developing digital motion graphic skills and reducing mind wandering among instruction technology students - the research sample - through the design and development of an e-learning environment based on interaction between the evaluation source (teacher / peers) and activity design (related / unrelated) via the Google Classroom platform, which includes Many tools and sources in all its forms, task distribution plans and support tools in terms of the interaction style of each group, through which various tasks and activities are carried out, and the best source for evaluation and design of the most appropriate activity design for the research sample students is determined.

The two instructional design models (ASSUR & 5E) were used in the general stages, at the disposal of the researcher and designing an instructional model that integrates some of the stages of the two models and adding other stages that are consistent with the current research.

Also, a list of design criteria for the learning environment was reached via Google Classroom, and the research followed the experimental approach and the quasi-experimental design of four groups.

The research sample was divided into four experimental groups of (30) students for each group.

The tools of measurement were: an achievement test for the cognitive aspect and assessment card of digital motion graphic skills, and mind wandering scale.

The results of the research indicated the development of digital motion graphic skills and the reduction of mind wandering for all research samples, the superiority of the teacher's assessment source and the task-related activity design in the post-application of the cognitive test and the mind wandering scale, the arrangement of the groups was as follows: (associated teacher / unrelated teacher / related peers / unrelated peers), while the source of peer evaluation and the design of the associated activity excelled in the product assessment card, the order of the groups was as follows: (related peers / associated teacher / unrelated peers / unrelated teacher).

The research recommended the need to develop modern skills in the field of motion graphics among students of instrucation technology, to prepare them for a professional preparation that is compatible with the requirements of the labor market and the future jobs map and emphasizing the importance of evaluation resources and designing educational activities in e learning environments that help reduce mind wandering that is not related to the task for students by providing safe learning environments that stimulate learning motivation.
