هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، على عينة قوامها (50) أستاذ من جامعة مولود معمري بولاية تيزي وزو، والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وطبق عليهم استبيان صعوبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود معوقات تتعلق بالبحث العلمي في مقدمة معوقات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ثم تليها معوقات تتعلق بالخدمة المجتمعية، تم معوقات تتعلق بالمنشأة الجامعية والهيئة الإدارية والهيئة التدريسية على التوالي.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to reveal the obstacles to the application of total quality management in universities from the point of view of professors, on a sample of (50) professors from the University of Mouloud Maamari in the state of Tizi Ouzou, who were chosen randomly, and a questionnaire was applied to them about the difficulties of total quality management in universities, and the study found to the existence of obstacles related to scientific research at the forefront of the obstacles to the application of total quality management, then followed by obstacles related to community service, obstacles related to the university facility, the administrative body and the teaching staff, respectively.

Cette étude visait à découvrir les difficultés à l'application de la gestion de qualité totale dans les universités du point de vue des enseignants, sur un échantillon de (50) enseignants de l’université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi Ouzou, qui ont été choisis au hasard, et qui leur est appliquée le questionnaire des difficultés de gestion de la qualité totale, et l’étude a révélé l'existence des difficultés liés à la recherche scientifique au premier rang des difficultés à l'application de la gestion de qualité totale, puis suivie par les difficultés liés au service de la communauté, les difficultés liés au construction universitaire, au personnel administratif et au personnel d’enseignement successivement.
