Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of implementation of the cognitive development program for students in science, and mathematics subjects, and the concepts of environmental geography in the Sultanate of Oman from the educational supervisor point of view.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was employed where a questionnaire was set consisting of (42) items distributed on five main axes.

the study sample consisted of (110) supervisors distributed according to specialization and gender.

mathematics amounted to (50), while science subjects (chemistry, physics, and biology) amounted to (60) male and female supervisors.

the study`s results showed that the reality of implementation of the program in the field of tests and scientific Olympiad came first, followed by oral competitions.

then robots and artificial intelligence, and then student scientific innovations, with objectives of the cognitive development program came the last.

the results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and specialization.

the study concluded with some recommendations and suggestions for the reality of implementing the knowledge development program in the Sultanate of Oman.
