Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the Degree governance School Principals Practice Management of motherhood emotion (Management with Love) from the point of view of Teachers in Ajloun Governorate, To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive approach was used by developing a study tool consisting of a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed, distributed to (293) teachers from the Ajloun Governorate in Jordan.

The results showed that the Degree governance School Principals Practice Management of motherhood emotion (Management with Love) from the point of view of Teachers in Ajloun Governorate came to a (medium) degree.

The order of the domains was as follows: the principal's love for himself, the principal's love for the students, the principal's love for the community, the principal's love for the employees, and the principal's love for his school.

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender, academic qualification, years of experience in all fields, and the total degree to the degree to which government school principals practice maternally innate management (management with love) from the teachers' point of view.

Work for school principals, especially the administration, by the instinct of motherhood, because of its importance in developing the administrative work within the school
