this study addresses the problem of many people's belief that a simple United States is the most appropriate and best form for the societies of the developing world than other forms.

the study aimed to clarify many issues in the subject, especially in the aspects of the rules, advantages, and disadvantages, and to come up with a clear vision about the validity of this form or not for the societies of the developing world.

this study started from the hypothesis that the simple unified state is a valid form for societies in which political awareness rises and law and order prevail and is not valid for societies in the developing world due to the lack of political awareness and the predominance of chaos over order and law.

the study came out with several results, the most important of which is first, the rulers ' preference for this form over others, and the peoples and societies ' rejection of it because it deprives the individual and society of the most basic political, economic, and social rights.
