Administrative and financial corruption is a negative phenomenon that haunts all developed and underdeveloped societies because of its negative repercussions on economic, social and political development.

Therefore, it must be combated and its spread limited by using specialized mechanisms in this, and issuing laws that contribute to deterring anyone who begs himself to obtain undeserved privileges.

Or violating the applicable regulations, and Algeria, like other countries, suffers from this phenomenon, which has become visible, because of the destruction it caused to the national economy and the lack of trust between the administration and the citizen, and the creation of a foggy climate that repels investment in which there is a lack of transparency and clarity of landmarks, and through this study we tried to shed light on Shed light on the concept of administrative and financial corruption as well as the mechanisms used to combat it, its reality and the efforts made to combat it in Algeria, especially the aspect related to the creation of a supreme authority to prevent and combat corruption in application of what is stated in the international conventions signed to it, and the study concluded that corruption does not exclude any developed country, whether or not backward, but it can be reduced if efforts are combined and commitment is made to implement laws and legislation without any exceptions on the one hand, and from On the other hand, if there is the seriousness and political will of the ruling authority.
