Abstract EN

The study we presented here aims to track the relationship between literature and philosophy, both in its historical and theoretical form, and to know the circumstances that contributed to the formation of this relationship, and to focus mainly on the relationship of philosophy as wisdom, and literature as rhetoric, i.e.

the relationship between the power of the idea and the beauty of the method, which requires the use of the historical, analytical and comparative approach.

Of course, opinions differed, between those who reject the relationship in the first place and consider it harmful to both parties, each of them has its own field, and those who accept it with the preference of one party over another, and in the end the relationship between them remains the result of radical changes in the nature of each other due to natural development and the development and complexity of the nature of human life.
