Abstract EN

This study highlights an important philosophical topic in contemporary political and legal philosophy, in this case "right and democracy" through a procedural approach of the German philosopher "Jurgen Habermas".

Habermas vigorously defends the homogeneity between right and democracy and the inter-relation that is established between these in a unity of understanding and action by considering them as the exemplary voice whitch can solve the problems of a multicultural multiethic; multilingualistic and multireligious public space.

As a result, public space is the only guarantor which confirms the legitimacy of right and democracy through its attention to making the procedure of forming the will to citizens as a lived reality.

This would only be done through communicative and argumentative intersubjectivity that relies on dialogue and the right argument instead of relying on conflict, strength and power.

In this way, everyone participates in the construction of the project of right and democracy as an educational project and a daily way of life.
