Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the reality of creativity management in the technical education institutions in the governorates of Gaza from the point of view of its employees.

the researchers followed the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (42) paragraphs distributed over five areas: "resources and capabilities of the institution, the development of creativity and innovation, continuous improvement, sustainability of creativity, obstacles to creativity management" and on a sample composed of (103) employees in educational institutions technology in Gaza Governorates.

the study reached the following results: the relative weight college degree came (67.04%), it has received the first order in the field of continuous improvement relative weight (75.42%) and got the last ranking field constraints of creativity management with a relative weight (60.55%), and also no statistically significant differences in the total score of views the sample respondents about the reality of creativity management attributed to the two educational qualification variables for the graduate campaign, the years of service for the benefit of more than 10 years, and for the sex variable for the benefit of males in the total questionnaire.

the researchers recommended: attention to creative workers, and try to attract them from its competitors by providing the best ways and environments that embrace their work and encourage their talent.

the need to create an incubator for creative ideas and work to harness all the possibilities for application within the institution.
