Abstract EN

The study dealt with the administrative rules in the Ottoman Sublime Porte, which were addressed by the Law of the Name of the Othman Al-Fateh Muhammad Al-Fateh, and the importance of the study stems from it shedding light on the period of building the legal system in the Ottoman Sublime Porte, as Sultan Muhammad Al-Faneh aimed to establish a strong legal and administrative system in light of the expansion of The Ottoman Empire, as it made through the aforementioned law to determine the competencies of each party in the institution of the Sublime Porte, especially since this institution is the basis on which governance and the issuance of decisions in directing the policy of the Ottoman Empire.

It is noted from the study that the Ottoman legislator was interested in the formal privileges in the law of the name of the family of Othman Muhammad Al-Fatih, and even distinguished between the categories of the Sublime Porte institution in titles, and made there a way to sit and dress.
