The study aimed to shed light on the directions of the American strategic perspective, in the employment of technological and security capabilities; To control natural gas resources in the eastern Mediterranean, Since the establishment of the previous and current American administration, the American strategy has adopted trends to control and control the global energy path, through direct interventions in the international natural gas discoveries, but it has subjected these strategic directions to internal environmental changes, in addition to global environmental transformations.

It has sought to build a model of a global power that is exceptional in its values and unilateral in its role, through its strategic perspective based on the domination of vital global capabilities and resources, which contribute to ensuring its control of the pillars and foundations of sustainable development for countries, and all the effects of the global economic system.

In clarifying this, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The American strategic perspective on modernizing the energy approach in the United States of America, Natural gas is one of its modern sources, through the development of a new approach and vision in employing the technological and security dimension, to serve its orientations to control international energy capabilities, All successive US administrations have adopted these strategic directions, and worked to achieve it in the international reality, and mobilized all the tools, means and ingredients for them, in order to maximize American power, and expand its influence and global hegemony, by adopting many advanced theses in the context of the American strategic perspective; to control and lead the world by dominating its vital capabilities, the most important of which are natural gas sources in the eastern Mediterranean.
