يهدف البحث إلى بيان حقيقة التكليف الأخروي.
و تحقيق مدى ثوبته، و ذكر تطبيقاته، و مقتضياته و قد تم تقسيمه إلى مقدمة و مبحثين ؛ الأول : الدراسة النظرية الأصولية، و الثائي : الدراسة التطبيقية ؛ و تحث كليهما ما يناسبه من المطالب و المسائل : أما المبحث الأول ؛ ففيه أريعة مطالب : المطلب الأول : حقيقة التكليف الأخروي و المطلب الثاني : مراحل التكليف الأخرون و المطلب الثالث التكليف الأخروي أصوليا ؛ و له ضوابط و المطلب الرابع : آثار التكليف الأخروي الشرعية ؛ و تنقسم إلى قسمين ؛ دنيوية، و أخروية و أما المبحث الثاني ؛ ففيه أربعة مطالب : المطلب الأول : التكليف الأخروي الاختباري، و فيه خمس مسائل و المطلب الثاني: التككيف الأخروي التعجيزي : و فيه مسألتان و المطلب الثالث : التكليف الأخروي الجزائي : و فيه أربع مسائل : و المطلب الرابع : مقتضيات التكليف الأخروي ؛ و فيه ثلاث مسائل و أنهيت البحث بالخاتمة، و أتبعها بأهم مصادر البحث و توصل البحث إلى : بيان حقيقة التكليف الكروي.
و أن له ثلاثة مراحل.
و أنه ينقسم إلى أخروي اختباري، و جزائي، وتعجيزي.
و أن له مقتضيات ؛ و كلها تمثل تطبيقات للبحث ؛ مستمدة من الأدلة الشرعية و العقلية.
Abstract EN
The research aims to clarify the reality of the otherworldly assignment, verify the extent of its existence, and identify its applications and requirements.
it has been divided into an introduction and two sections.
as for the first section, it covers four topics : the reality of the otherworldly assignment, the stages of the otherworldly assignment, the otherworldly assignment from a jurisprudential perspective, and the legal effects of the otherworldly assignment, including the worldly and otherworldly affairs.
as for the second section, it contains four topics: the experiential otherworldly assignment, the miraculous otherworldly assignment, the penal otherworldly assignment, and requirements of the otherworldly assignment.
the research concluded with an account of the reality of the otherworldly assignment and its three phases, namely experiential, penal, and miraculous, with certain requirements that represent applications for research based on legal and rational evidence.
