Contracts are created on the conformity of a set of general principles that are well established and established by law.

These principles are divided in terms of their constructive effect into principles that give individuals the freedom to conclude the contract and amend its provisions, and others restrict this freedom and require the will not to prejudice specific elements of the contracts, otherwise the contract will end, and this study concluded that Peyton is the legal basis for invalidity by showing the extent its connection, and concluded that invalidity is closely related to the general principles of building and concluding contracts, where the applicable aspect of non-compliance with the acute principles is within the scope of the principle of willpower in contracts, and that invalidity has serious effects on contractors and third parties, and accordingly this study recommended the need not to Expansion of the provisions stipulated for the invalidity of contracts.
