Abstract EN

This research addresses the issue of governmental financial and economic policies and procedures adopted by the Algerian state through its financial, executive and ministerial laws, based on the following research problem : what are the mechanisms and policies that the Algerian state has devoted to promote the traditional and handcraft industries ? in order to answer the research problem , we put forward several hypotheses so as to verify them through the descriptive-analytical approach by addressing a set of procedures and policies carried out by the Algerian state to protect and develop the traditional industry sector, one of the most important findings of this study is that : the Algerian state has put in place several financial, economic and regulatory procedures in order to protect and support the traditional industry, by enacting several legislations and laws that work to achieve this goal.

however, these procedures remain insufficient, especially in the isolated areas.
