Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the reality of health coverage in Algeria and its impact on the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries, and this is for the period (2013-2018), the descriptive analytical method was relied upon as the appropriate method for this study, this study has concluded that the health coverage, whether medical, semi-medical or clinical, is very low in the Algerian health system, which makes the latter unable to meet the needs and desires of all beneficiaries, this would reduce the intensity and effectiveness of the health sector in Algeria, this study recommended the need for the ministry to pay attention to the aspect of tangibility by establishing a distinct internal environment that will reflect positively on the psychological state of the beneficiary and his health, by providing suitable reception and waiting places and providing a distinguished accommodation so that the beneficiary feels that he is in safe hands to ensure his recovery.
