Le harcèlement sexuel des travailleuses est l'un des phénomènes dangereux qui menacent la communauté Algérienne dans ses valeurs et sa morale, et le phénomène est resté pendant des années un sujet silencieux, mais sa large diffusion et ses effets négatifs dangereux sur les femmes et les hommes ou même les enfants c'est également ce qui a nécessité une intervention législative pour criminaliser l'acte dans le texte de l'article 341 bis dans un premier temps puis dans le texte de l'article 333 bis du code pénal et d'autres articles interdisant le harcèlement verbal et physique au travail.
