تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه صحافة المواطن في تدعيم مبدأ حرية التعبير و تكوين الرأي العام و هذا من خلال فتح المجال أمام تعددية الآراء مع إبراز واقع الرقابة المفروضة على مشاركات المواطن الصحفي و آليات تجاوزها و عوامل جذب صحافة المواطن للجمهور و كيفية إثارتها لاهتمام وسائل الإعلام.
توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن صحافة المواطن باعتبارها وسيلة إعلامية جديدة تمكن أفراد الجمهور العادي من التعبير عن آرائهم و انشغالاتهم و احتياجاتهم و هذا ما يزيد من قدرتهم على إحداث التغيير في كل المجالات و تكوين و تشكيل و توجيه الرأي العام حول قضية معينة، و هذا بتوظيف المهارات المكتسبة من ممارسة صحافة المواطن و تجنيد الجماهير التي تعودت على تلقي و متابعة المحتويات و المضامين التي ينتجها و ينشرها المواطنون الصحفيون عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
Abstract EN
This study aims to know the role that citizen journalism plays in strengthening the principle of freedom of expression and the formation of public opinion, by opening the way for pluralism of opinions, highlighting the reality of censorship imposed on citizen journalist participation, the mechanisms for overcoming it, the factors that attract citizen journalism to the public, and how to arouse it to the attention of the media.
the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that citizen journalism, as a new media, enables members of the ordinary public to express their opinions, concerns and needs, and this increases their ability to make change in all fields and to form, shape and direct public opinion on a particular issue, and this is by employing the skills gained from practicing citizen journalism and the recruitment of masses who are accustomed to receiving and following up on the contents and content produced and published by citizen journalists through social networks.

Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle que joue le journalisme citoyen dans le renforcement du principe de liberté d'expression et de formation de l'opinion publique, en ouvrant la voie au pluralisme des opinions, en mettant en lumière la réalité de la censure imposée à la participation du journaliste citoyen, les mécanismes de dépassement elle, les facteurs qui attirent le journalisme citoyen vers le public et comment le porter à l'attention des médias.
l'étude a atteint un certain nombre de résultats, dont le plus important est que le journalisme citoyen, en tant que nouveau média, permet aux membres du public ordinaire d'exprimer leurs opinions, leurs préoccupations et leurs besoins, ce qui augmente leur capacité à apporter des changements dans tous les domaines et former, façonner et orienter l'opinion publique sur une question particulière, et ce en utilisant les compétences acquises dans la pratique du journalisme citoyen et le recrutement de masses habituées à recevoir et à suivre les contenus et contenus produits et publiés par les journalistes citoyens à travers réseaux sociaux.
