Abstract EN

The study deals with an important topic, which is the issue of extradition of those interested in committing international crimes, and we explained in this study the concept of extradition of defendants, then we clarified the foundations of extradition of defendants in Islam, and the legitimate purpose of it.

in Islam, it aims to achieve justice and eliminate the criminal phenomenon, and these goals are shared with man-made systems, and the legal ruling of submission is characterized by a kind of stability, so it is not permissible in cases and there are other cases that can be considered and studied.
