Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the factors of rejection and acceptance of organ donation, where the clinical approach was adopted, as the study analysis the cases of the study for their position on the organ donation process.

the study cases are cases that fully agree to donate, through semi-directive interviews for the purpose of research, and analyzed by the content analysis technique, and through which the most important results are represented in the presence of refusal to donate due to lack of knowledge of the subject of the study, and also to fear of disease, death and risk of operation, and loss of confidence.

in the medical sector in some cases, in addition to a religious problem between the permissibility and prohibition of organ donation, while the acceptance was related to cases with positive optimism for the attitude of donation, which are humane cases, have a good cultural level of knowledge and have a confident view of the competence of doctors in Algeria.
