Speech therapy process represent-in scope of speech language pathology-diagnosis and rehabilitation.

and try to evaluate it with scientific tests, on concentrating to different behavioral and cognitive theories.

in cognitive neuropsychology we aims to study the role of speech therapy process in developing the oral language for pronunciation that suffers from it children with special needs-children with down syndrome by applying Padovan method.

we have relied on the quasi-experimental curriculum.to adjust extraneous variables we used a one-group pre-post experimental design testing with two patients in six months an average of three sessions per week.

the items anamnesis of the voice of Nacera Zellal were used and Padovan method us rehabilitation program, it’s a neurological way aims to stimulate nervous areas and language areas, thinking and movement.

the evaluation study confirmed oral language improvement for two patients and this confirms the effectiveness of the Padovan method in the development and improvement of pronunciation for children with down syndrome.

La prise en charge ortophoniques,-dans le domaine de la spécialisation ortophonique-, est représentée dans la détection et réhabilitation, afin de trouver le problème et essayer de l'évaluer avec des normes scientifiques et différents programmes de traitement, Sous les différentes théories, comportementales, cognitives, etc et dans le cadre de la neuropsychologie cognitive, nous essayons d'étudier le rôle de la prise en charge ortophoniques dans le développement du langage oral (parole) pour les enfants ayant des besoins spéciaux-enfants trisomiques-à travers l'application de la technique Padovan
