The image is an essential feature in the communication sites that helps in the rapid spread of its content and its intensity, and it can also express an aesthetic feature in which images may juxtapose with linguistic discourses as it may come without them.

the juxtaposition between language and image expresses a form of intertextuality studied in this research by reading the interactions of the recipients on twitter with the tweets of the Lebanese poet and journalist Zahi Wehbe through the image.

this research aims to track the levels and methods of preparing the literary text through images and to identify the differences between them according to the recipients ; different backgrounds in literary reading and its basics, as well as their technical skills in formulating the idea through the medium of the image or at least in choosing it.

the research found that the recipients of Zahi Wehbe's tweets showed considerable awareness of his speeches presented in the tweets by choosing images that suggest an understanding of the basics of those discourses.

however, their readings were mostly characterized by simplicity and lack of depth and went in the same direction as the received discourse.
