This study aims to shed light on the image of the kanafani mother in Umm Saad's novel, given that the female character has received attention from writers of various backgrounds and occupied a space in their literary productions, and the majority of research has focused on the presence of women in narrative texts in general, regardless of their differences.

it's cultural and life levels, so we proceeded from the fact that this character in this work is real, through which the writer was inspired by his creative text's events.

his literary reading inspired the depiction of aspects of the Palestinian revolution and resistance, as well as life in Lebanese refugee camps, to show the mother bearing an image of glowing reality.

it was a well-known source of facts infused with a rich artistic energy.
