We aim through this study to try to find out the most important obstacles that limit women from practicing various sports activities in the city of M'sila, where we conducted the study on a sample of 40 women who were chosen randomly.

we used a questionnaire that contained 10 phrases, and we followed the descriptive approach.

the statistic concluded that each of the educational and cultural levels, as well as the customs and traditions of society, have a role in women's practice of various sports activities.
