The present study aimed to know the attitudes of university graduate students in general and those graduates of work and organizational psychology towards work and the institution, and it reached several results, which are the presence of differences between work and organizational psychology graduates with regard to their levels of knowledge of the organization of the institution and their knowledge of the levels and objectives of the institution and the processes of prevention of accidents in the establishment familiarity of students with the world of the establishment.
