هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة علمية لمخطوط حديثي في شرح كتاب «صحيح مسلم»، صنفه عالم جزائري عاش في القرن التاسع الهجري، اسمه ابن الشاط البجائي (بعد 890 هـ)، قام الباحث بدراسة عنه كشف فيها شيئا من أخبار و حياة هذا العلم الجزائري، كما عرف بمخطوط كتابه، و حقق عنوانه، و بين صحة نسبته إليه، ثم توسع في وصف مخطوطات الكتاب، و أماكن وجودها في خزائن العالم، مبرزا أهمية المخطوط، و منهج المصنف فيه، و علاقته بالشروح الأخرى على صحيح مسلم.
ليصل في النهاية إلى بيان ضرورة تبني هذا المخطوط كمشروع علمي لتحقيقه، حفاظا على تراث علماء الجزائر من الضياع.
Abstract EN
This research is a scientific study of a hadith manuscript explaining the book Sahih Muslim, written by an Algerian scholar who lived in the ninth century ah, his name is ibn al-Shat al-Baja'i (after 890 AH).
he investigated its title, and demonstrated the correctness of its attribution, then expanded on describing the manuscripts of the book and their locations in the world's libraries, highlighting the importance of the manuscript and the approach of the author in it, and its relationship to other explanations.
