Abstract EN

This article studies the relationship between university teaching methods and their role in achieving educational objective, as a field study of a sample of sociology students at the university of Ghardaia, they are four hypotheses were tested for teaching methods : modern methods, the environment surrounding education and methods used in directed work and their relationship to educational objective.

the descriptive statistical method was employed in this study on a purposive sample of 91 students, and the relationship between the hypotheses was tested by means of the KHI-square test.

among the results of the study is that there is no relationship between the methods used in teaching with the educational objective, except for the methods related to directed work, which were found to have statistical significance.
