The provisions of Kafalah are among the most complex since they concern a particular category of society, but the Algerian legislator has regulated them by legal provisions in order to integrate this category into a family environment according to the specific legal conditions that she must fill in the host family.

this study will focus on the conditions of application of the provisions relating to Kafalah in Algerian legislation and their legal implications for the parties, as well as on certain legal problems faced by Kafalah in Algeria
