Abstract EN

This study discusses the issue of the status of anti-corruption agencies in light of the prevalence of corruption and its spread longer and widely, or what specialists call systemic corruption case, which pledge any chances for the success of each politician or measure aimed to curbed it.

After presenting a theoretical framework, the study will examine its implications for government efforts to reduce corruption, how it prevents it from achieving policy objectives aimed at preventing it, and does not allow oversight and accountability agencies to play their role in addressing it.

This will be clear from the presentation of the case of Algeria.
