Abstract EN

This study dealt with its subject some of the approaches adopted by modernity in its humanization of the Qur’anic text, focusing on two basic approaches ; the historical approach and the hermeneutic approach.

answering to the main problem that is : what is Abu-Zayd’s approach to humanizing the Qur’anic text ? what is the impact of this on religious thought ? it relies on the descriptive-analytical approach, as it is the most appropriate approach to the nature of the study.

to reach in the end that the humanization of the Qur’anic text leads to its de-sanctification, and its inability to solve the problems of the age, and thus the call for liberation from its authority and refusal to submit to it.

in addition to questioning the credibility of the Qur’an and in how it was formed, and the slander in the honesty of the companions, as they are the first recipients of the revealed text.
