تناول المقال قضية التمييز بين السياسي والديني وذلك وفق منهج تحليلي بحيث تطرق إلى بيان شمولية الدين بمعناه العام وامتناع الفصل المطلق بينه وبين السياسي من هذه الجهة؛ بخلاف الفصل الوظيفي النسبي إذا اقتضت الحاجة والمصلحة إليه كفصل الإمامة في الصلاة قديما عن الإمامة الإدارية لأنه توزيع أدوار.
والهدف هو بيان إمكان التمييز النسبي بين السياسي والديني المحض مع بقاء خضوع السياسي لمبادئ الشريعة، بخلاف الفصل العنصري العلماني المضاد للشرع فهو ممنوع.
ويبقى الفصل على ما فيه من المخاوف عند البعض قضية طارئة اجتهادية مراعاة للوقت والمصلحة.
Abstract EN
The article addressed the issue of the distinction between political and Religious, in accordance with an analytical approach, in which it addressed the statement of the comprehensiveness of Religion in its general sense and the refraining from the absolute separation between it and the politician from this side, other than the relative separation of the job if necessary and the interest of it, such as the separation of the Imamin in prayer in the old prayer from the administrative imamate because it is the distribution of roles.
the aim is to show that a relative distinction between political and purely Religious, while the politician remains subject to the principles of sharia, other than secular, anti-Sharia apartheid, which is forbidden.
and the separation of its concerns in some is an emergency issue of jurisprudence in consideration of time and interest.

L’article abordait la question de la distinction entre politique et religieux, conformément à une approche analytique, dans laquelle il traitait de l’énoncé de l’exhaustivité de la religion dans son sens général et du refrain de la séparation absolue entre elle et le politicien de ce côté, autre que la séparation relative du travail si nécessaire et l’intérêt de celui-ci, comme la séparation de l’Imamin dans la prière dans l’ancienne prière de l’imamat administratif parce qu’il est la répartition des rôles.
l’objectif est de montrer qu’une distinction relative entre politique et purement religieux, alors que le politicien reste soumis aux principes de la Charia, autres que laïque, anti-Charia apartheid, qui est interdit.
et la séparation de ses préoccupations dans certains est une question d’urgence de jurisprudence en tenant compte du temps et de l’intérêt.
