In recent years, linguistics and computing has been an interesting topic, the two fields have acquired importance in terms of their mixing with each other.

each one overlaps in other and broke down their borders.

what make a conflict between linguistics and computing, especially on the part of computer-artificial intelligence-which considered language as a material force part to be associated with computers and media.

we aim to organize two fields in their respective places and their boundaries.

furthermore, we define their tasks and their independence from each other, we also define their cooperation aspects.

thus, we reduce the dominance of one on the other, and decrease inclusiveness over the other.

what are their limits and tasks ? what are the prospects for their cooperation? .
