Abstract EN

The paper addresses two important issues on which the term is based, they are : its concept and characteristics, the former dealt with the concept of the Quranic term by gathering and analysing the opinions of specialists and by determining the common and diffèrent fate of those concepts, it then indicated the provision of the nomenclature of the Quranic term between permissibility and prohibition, and then scientists launched the Quranic term, then I quoted the scholar's opinion as indicating that he was considered ; the second was to illustrate the characteristics of the Quranic term, it has been limited to the privatization of the source, and disability attributes, semantic characteristics.

Research findings include : the Quranic term is not the same as a different science and knowledge term ; it is unique in its source and purpose and has a religiously servile functional connotation.
