This research aims at dealing with the idea of “the mechanical translation” with its various systems which becomes an important helper for the beginner translators so that it enables them to save their efforts, despite the efficiency shown in the field of the translation of texts, these mechanical systems stay linguistically inadequate in approaching the linguistic meaning for the texts and idioms that contain some metaphorical utterances.
