Algerian society lives in a diversity of spoken languages, which were formed due to various factors, and gave rise to a set of bilinguals consisting mainly of Arabic, Berber and French, which ended with linguistic duality (Arabic, Arabic) due to the influence of the rest of the languages in the Arabic language which placed it at the level of eloquent and public, and with the reflection of bilingualism on political discourse and employing it at high levels and colloquial.

so we worked in our study to determine the effect of bilingualism on the effectiveness of the Algerian political discourse, and we conducted an analytical study of president Tebboune's speech, published on his twitter, and we reached that bilingualism in political discourse contributes to its success and effectiveness.
