Awareness of environmental issues in Algeria has led to the mobilization of companies around CSR.
thus, the object of our research consists in analyzing the reality of the CSR practices of Algerian companies.
for this, we opted for an exploratory approach using a questionnaire survey of a sample of Algerian companies.
the results highlight the specificities of the CSR practices of Algerian companies, mainly : the superiority of social actions over environmental actions and adherence to employee motivation, respect for people and the environment.
has and this according to the references of ISO standards.
Abstract FRE
Une prise de conscience des enjeux environnementaux en Algérie, a abouti à la mobilisation des entreprises autour de la RSE.
ainsi, l’objet de notre recherche consiste à analyser la réalité des pratiques RSE des entreprises Algériennes.
pour cela, nous avons opté pour une approche exploratoire à l’aide d’une enquête par questionnaire auprès d’un échantillon d’entreprises Algériennes.
les résultats mettent en exergue les spécificités des pratiques RSE des entreprises Algériennes, principalement: la supériorité des actions sociales sur les actions environnementales et adhésion à la motivation des employés, le respect de l’homme et de l’environnement.
et ce selon les référentiels des normes ISO.
