Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the ethics of Islamic work affecting the performance of al Salam bank in Alegria.

and détermine the type and intensity of the corrélation between the independent study variables and the dependent variable.

in Ordre to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses.

a questionnaire was designed, and a simple non-random sample was selected, consisting of (95) employees.

the study was implemented during the first quarter of the year (2021), so that (62) forms were retrieved and the recovery rate reached 65.26% of the total sample.

the data analysis process was carried out using : some descriptive statistics tools, simple and multiple linear regression, test of variance (two-way Anova).

among the results of the study :-there is a strong positive moral correlation and a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of Islamic work ethics and the performance of al Salam bank in Algeria ; the study also found that one of the dimensions of Islamic work ethics that has the most positive impact on the performance of al Salam bank Algeria is represented in the two dimensions (sincerity, good dealing with customers), their correlation coefficient exceeded 80%, and the percentage of their interpretation exceeds 64%.
