and his position in his life as a teacher and practitioner of legal functions and this is by standing on his school decisions and his approach to teaching, and the sources that he adopted in his hopes, and the extent of his use of the rules of this art in his exegetical and hadith lessons and his jurisprudence fatwas, in addition to standing on his efforts in innovation.

it led to a set of results, including : that the science of jurisprudence had a strong presence in the educational and educational life of Imam Abdul Hamid, including that Abdel Hamid is considered a fundamentalist figure par excellence, and among them that he is considered one of the innovators of the science of jurisprudence in this modern era.
