Most, if not all, families in the community may be subject to family disputes between the two parties ; husband and wife for reasons or other, and in order to avoid this matter and protect the family from disintegration and loss, god almighty approved arbitration and the interpreters of the law followed it in the legal texts and approved it as a necessary stage before definitively deciding the dispute, and for your sake, this arbitration was singled out with procedures among the jurists and specified by law in order to follow them by the arbitrators, especially what is related to their mission, and the solution to be taken during their differences in arbitration.
