Arabic Abstract

تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية دور التراكم المعرفي لعلم الفقه الإسلامي و أصوله في قيام الحضارة الإسلامية، و ذلك من خلال الإجابة على إشكالية مدى إسهام علم الفقه و العلوم الإسلامية في نشأة الحضارة و مدى تأثيرها في الوجود الإنساني عامة.

و قد بينا الدور التاريخي لهذا العلم و خصائصه الحضارية و شموليته جميع مناحي الحياة، و تفاعله مع الحضارات الأخرى، و ما يحمله من قيم حضارية جعلته مؤهلا أن يؤطر و يوجه العقل المسلم و يعيد تشكيله بما يتأسس عليه من مقاصد ضابطة و قواعد ثابتة و أصول ناشئة إعمالا لآلة العقل في الاستنباط و الفهم، و حتى يتصدى للمشكلات المعاصرة و القضايا المستجدة كذلك.

و خلصنا في نتائج البحث أن علم الفقه هو من مقومات و ميزات هذه الأمة ؛ إذ استطاع أن يسهم في نهضتها سلفا و يعيد بريق مجدها حاضرا، و أن يستجيب للتحديات و الوقائع و النوازل الحادثة.

English Abstract

The research paper addresses the role of cumulative knowledge of Islamic jurisprudence and its fundamentals in the emergence of Islamic civilization by answering the following problem : “what are the contributions of jurisprudence and Islamic science to the emergence of civilization and its influence on human existence”.

we have demonstrated the historical role of that science, its civilizational characteristics, its inclusiveness to all aspects of life without exception, and its interaction with other civilizations.

we have also demonstrated the civilizational values that have made it competent to frame, guide, and reshape the Muslim mind withe controlling purposes, constant rules, and emerging fundamentals in order to ensure that the min dis able to understand and address contemporary problems and emerging issues.

we have concluded that the science of jurisprudence is a feature of this nation.

it has been able to contribute to the renaissance of the nation in the past, restore its glory, and respond to the challenges, realities, and events that have occurred.
